How do I join Pollpass?

Is registration free?

Yes, you can register for Pollpass for free and you will not be asked for any payment

Why should I join Pollpass?

By simply having a conversation with our Pollpass bot, you can earn points which you can exchange for rewards

Why do you ask questions about gender, age, income and other personal information?

This information is used to match you with specific requirements. For example we may want feedback from people of a certain gender with a specific income bracket. Please be assured that this information is strictly confidential and stored securely. See our privacy statement for more details.

What does Pollpass do with my personal information?

Your profile data is securely stored and it allows Pollpass to contact you if you match specific criteria to participate in conversations. This process is automated and you are contacted via email to participate in our secure conversations. Please note that no individual responses are linked to personally identifiable information. The information you provide will never be sold or used for advertising.

How does Pollpass use the data that we collect?

It is our priority to ensure that your information is kept secure and confidential. We will only supply your information to clients anonymously (in an aggregated form) to help them understand their market and for their own internal purposes. We will not send you any direct mail, or share your personal information with any organisation or individual who will contact you directly or indirectly. You can access to your data and update it at any time. In order to access this data you can either log into your Pollpass account or contact us at support@pollpass.com. Will Pollpass try to sell me something?

No, we will never try to sell or promote a product to you, nor will you receive any advertising or promotional material as a result of joining Pollpass. We will however contact you to participate in conversations where you match specific criteria.

How long will each conversation take?

The conversations will vary in length, but on average they will last between 5-10 minutes (although some will be longer)

How many points will I earn for each conversation?

The number of points you earn will vary by conversation, but they will average between 40-80 points (the minimum cashout is 5000 points)

How many points can I earn?

You can earn as many points as you want to, but there is a minimum number of points you can redeem, which is 5000 points

How can I spend my points?

At this stage you can exchange your points for Amazon Vouchers, where 5000 points will equate to a $5 Amazon Voucher. Soon we will also offer PayPal, with several other rewards available after that.

How long will it take to receive my reward once it has been ordered?

As soon as you cash out, we will contact Amazon with your details and the amount. They will then send the voucher to you directly via email. The entire process could take up to seven days. If you have any concerns during this process, then please don’t hesitate to contact us using support@pollpass.com.

How will I receive my rewards?

Amazon will send an email to you directly with your Voucher, which may take up to two working days to arrive. For this reason, please ensure that we have your correct email address and you’ve validated your account.

How can I edit my personal information, including my email address and password?

You can change your personal information, including your email address and password in your Profile Page. Once you have logged in, you can access your Profile Page

How can I deactivate my account?

You can deactivate your account in your profile page, once you have logged in. By deactivating your account we will no longer contact you about joining any further conversations to earn rewards. If you want to reactivate your account, you will need to email us at support@pollpass.com.

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

If you have forgotten your password while signing in, please click the ‘Forgotten Password’ link on the Sign In page
