How do I join Pollpass?

You can register to join Pollpass for free here.

Is registration free?

Yes, you can register for Pollpass for free and you will not be asked for any payment.

Why should I join Pollpass?

By simply having a conversation with our Pollpass bot, you can earn points which you can exchange for rewards.

Why do you ask questions about gender, age, income and other personal information?

This information is used to match you with specific requirements. For example, a market researcher might want to know what women think of a particular issue compared to men, or how political opinions differ by age. Please be assured that this information is strictly confidential and stored securely. See our privacy statement for more details.

What does Pollpass do with my personal information?

Your profile data is securely stored and it allows Pollpass to contact you if you match specific criteria to participate in conversations. This process is automated and you are contacted via email to participate in our secure conversations. Please note that no individual responses are linked to personally identifiable information. The information you provide will never be sold or used for advertising.

How does Pollpass use the data that we collect?

It is our priority to ensure that your information is kept secure and confidential. We will only supply your information to clients anonymously (where possible in an aggregated form) to help them understand their market and for their own internal purposes. We will not send you any direct mail, or share your personal information with any organisation or individual who will contact you directly or indirectly. You can access your data and update it at any time. In order to access this data you can either log into your Pollpass account or contact us at support@pollpass.com. Will Pollpass try to sell me something?

No. You will never receive any advertising or promotional material from other brands as a result of joining Pollpass. We will however contact you to participate in conversations where you match specific criteria.

How long will each conversation take?

The conversations will vary in length, but on average they will last between 2-5 minutes (although some may be longer).

How many credits will I earn for each conversation?

The number of credits you earn will vary by conversation. Usually a short conversation may earn you around 100 credits, a longer conversation may be worth up to 1000.

How many credits can I earn?

You can earn as many credits as you want to as long as you keep using Pollpass in your spare time, but there is a minimum number of credits you can redeem, which is 3000.

How can I use my credits?

You can exchange your credits for Amazon gift cards or Paypal cash.

How do I redeem my credits?

You can redeem your credits by ‘cashing out’ on the Wallet page. If this is your first cash out you will have to connect either your Amazon or Paypal account. This will ensure that rewards are delivered safely to you. We cannot see any personal information from these accounts, just the correct address to send your hard earned credits. The next time you cash out we will remember these details!

How long will it take to receive my reward once it has been ordered?

The entire process could take up to 14 days, but is usually a lot quicker than that. If you have any concerns during this process, then please don’t hesitate to contact us using support@pollpass.com.

How will I receive my rewards?

Amazon gift cards are sent to the email inbox connected to your Amazon account (not the account itself). Paypal cash will be delivered straight into your Paypal account.

How did Pollpass get so smart?

Our chatbot is powered by complex algorithms and machine learning. This means the system learns about how you answer questions and can observe consistent, accurate and responsible answers. It uses this information to ask you more relevant and entertaining questions.

What if I misuse Pollpass?

Some of our super clever algorithms can detect suspicious behaviours such as speeding and contradictory answers. In total it measures over 100 different attributes to determine whether you are using Pollpass honestly or not. If it detects a possible fraudulent user this is passed to one of the Pollpass team where a real-life human will take a look. At this point they will decide to either deactivate your account (if you are breaking our Terms of Use) or to do nothing. Most users are unaffected and if you are honest and accurate in your answers you have nothing to worry about!

How can I edit my personal information, including my email address and password?

You can change your personal information, including your email address and password in your Profile Page. Once you have logged in, you can access your Profile Page.

How can I deactivate my account?

You can deactivate your account in your profile page, once you have logged in. By deactivating your account we will no longer contact you about joining any further conversations to earn rewards. If you want to reactivate your account, you will need to email us at support@pollpass.com.

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

If you have forgotten your password while signing in, please click the ‘Forgotten Password’ link on the Sign In page.

🚫Don’t: Rush through. You are more likely to make mistakes when rushing

Unacceptable behaviours are likely to affect your credibility score and thus affect your earning ability. Serious violation is likely to result in account deactivation or termination.
